About LogoPixy
LogoPixy was created in Jan. 2008 by a non-designer geek who thought that creating a decent site header logo should be fast and easy.
What LogoPixy is designed to be:
- A resource for people who need header images more interesting than
Boring System Font
- Simple to use without requiring knowledge of graphics software
What LogoPixy is NOT designed to be:
- A replacement for talented professional logo designers
- A replacement for Photoshop, Pixelmator, the GIMP, etc...
- A repository for downloading fonts. While LogoPixy relies on the free fonts posted by talented font designers, there are plenty of great sites for discovering these fonts. See the links section below for a few.
FAQ's / Things You Should Know
Where do you get the fonts? Logopixy only uses fonts released under free licenses. Most fonts were found through excellent font sites such as dafont.com.
If font designers have any questions or would like to add a font, please email service@logopixy.com
